KLA works extensively with clients to develop customized sales training
materials, classes, workshops, and events. KLA uses a formal, standardized
development process consistent with the A.D.D.I.E (Analyze, Design,
Develop, Implement, Evaluate) methodology to create custom training
programs for our clients including:
- Custom instructor-led, self-paced, web-based, and blended
training sales and sales support modules that are owned by the
client upon completion
- Sales, Sales Support, and Management reinforcement workshops
- Sales training tracks and sessions for divisional and company-wide
sales meetings.
- Experiential learning modules providing practice applying
this new knowledge immediately in a safe learning environment,
including:
- Case-studies
- Role-play scenarios
- All materials required to integrate the module into product
and / or solution update events
